This is so sad, they tested at the time, to potentially reep germ warfare on thier enemies, so obversely tested on thier own population first. I'm not from the United States, but i believe this clip, as the UK government without a doubt would have followed the same methods. And i guess still are. Check out BSE, Foot n Mouth and Porton Down, and specifically UK government agriculture testing labs in the last few years. Not good!
