  • R.I.P Harry Morgan / Sherman T. Potter

your Gone but not forgotten! you left marks in ea of us who did watch your shows!

Your one of a kind and all knows it! <3 ;(

  • This is priceless three legends of the real Hollywood

  • I wasn't old enough to remember that show there. However, I must say it's funny.

  • Hard to believe that Jack Webb was actually an actor and not a real life police officer. He was born to play Sgt. Friday.

  • RIP Jack Benny who died in 1974,RIP Jack Webb who died in 1980 and RIP Harry Morgan who died in 2011.

  • @MrReilly067 Nitpick: I believe Mr. Webb passed in 1982.

  • @zazozung You're right Zapozung,Webb died in '82 instead, checked on Wikipedia just to make sure, thanks man have a good one.

  • From "Jack Benny's Second Farewell Special" in 1974 which I believe was his last program before he passed away. Thanks so much for sharing with us. I'd love to see the entire special. I wish more of his material was on dvd.

  • @storrs19 Yes. I have the complete show . This isn't on DVD?

  • RIP Officer Gannon :'( <3

The Real Old-Time Great Radio Show Club-Springfield Illinois

  • Rest in Peace Harry Morgan

  • god bless harry morgan

  • Actually, he was in a western show called "Hec Ramsey" at that time.

  • @SCQ316 Yeah. I was just told that. I did see him on Gunsmoke with that same style mustache about that same time. He looks more like a inspector with it .

  • RIP HARRY MORGAN. YOU WILL BE SORELY MISSED.

  • RIP HARRY MORGAN

  • Harry Morgan, not Henry Morgan.

  • @ClassicShowbiz Same fellow.

  • @wrlord2001 Partially.

  • @ClassicShowbiz

Actually both. Harry Morgan's real name was Henry Morgan. He changed it to avoid confusion with Henry Morgan, from "I've Got A Secret".

  • @Laconeagle Actually it was Harry Bratsberg > Henry > Harry

  • @Laconeagle Yes, we know this, but when people refer to Harry Morgan as Henry Morgan it's not because they are being true to his original moniker, but out of sheer confusion.
