  • Knowledge is power! You have to know bending principles to use any tool. The best and easiest to understand workbook which can be used by anyone to become an accomplished conduit, tube or pipe bender can be found on a youtube website at /t04041951

  • Great work! Could you please tell me, what is the advantage of this bender, as compared to a a hydraulic press bender? Thanks!

  • @lobzdik A hydraulic press or ram bender is fast, but usually results in very poor bend quality.

  • Does anyone know if this is the type of bender you would need to build for example: Custom Grill/Brush guards, Roll Bars and even smaller things such as Light Guards?

I notice some pipe benders kink the tubing. I am interested in bending pipes but also maintaining the cylindrical shape.

Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

  • @13098519 The Model 32 is exactly what you need. As long as you use material at or above the minimum wall thickness for the material OD and radius you will be bending on, you will have smooth, uniform bends. Check out our website for more details. tricktools . com

  • You know JD2 is just dance 2 for the wii game?

  • Lol a big candy cane

  • Will this tube bender bend 4130 chromoly?

  • Can you bend Titanium and inconel in this machine? Can you bend 32mm OD x 1 mm wall thickness?

You it can have Hydrauli or CNC power operated Machines of the same model.

How much does each machine cost? please respond.

  • Too much hard work with this device

  • No safety glasses?

  • Awesome bender. I just got this one to. I bet all the cool kids have pipe benders in america. I am from india!!!!!

  • if you bought a manual Model 32, can you upgrade it to hydraulic later on?

  • @prm9156 Yes you can. Visit the trick tools website to see options and pricing.

    Thanks!

  • Is there a dies who can bend 2-1/2"stainless steel.

  • @diesel010 Yes there are 2-1/2" dies available. But you will need to use material with enough wall thickness to support itself. (i.e. you can't bend 2-1/2" stainless exhaust tubing with this bender)

  • @TrickTools.

I want to bend stainless steel in the size 63.5 millimeter and wall tickness 1.5 millimeter.

Sorry i don't now the size in inches only in millimeter.

    Is this possible.

    Thank you.

  • awesome bender! just got mine a month ago. bitchen!

  • These guys are the BEST! My bender came without 2 spacers total accident. They were HAPPY to help and wanted to make sure I was pleased as a customer, I AM!!!!! If any of you are on the fence or unfamiliar with this company, please do YOURSELF a favor and CALL them, they will BEND-over backward to help you the customer. The parts were sent quickly and I am a LOYAL outspoken customer, Very Happy!

  • thats alsome man i have 2 get one asap!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I want one of these are they expensive? are they available world wide?

  • what size and type of pipe is used in this video? how difficult is it to push?

  • @cubbearky 1-1/2" OD .075" mild steel. It really isn't very difficult at all. We have many customers that bend 1-3/4" .120" wall DOM tubing manually.

  • @TrickTools where do u get this pipe?

  • Must just be in motorheads blood, because this is an awesome video to me, but my wife couldn't make it even1 min into it!

  • I saw a model 6 bender from jd2 website. Do you have a video of it?

  • @sunny88cruz The Model 6 is no longer being produced.

  • Why are the larger CLR dies more expensive? And what is benefit of a larger or smaller CLR?

  • @argyll1984 Larger Center Line Radius dies are physically larger, requiring more material and machining time. CLR needs to be primarily chosen based on the wall thickness of the material you wish to bend. Please feel free to call us at 877-826-7268 with any further questions.

  • can it bend the pipe at any dia?

  • @COD5252 Dies are available for up to 2" Sch 40 pipe. Up to 1-1/2" Sch 40 pipe can be bent manually.

  • @COD5252 can it also produce round ring like bend ^ ^

  • Are they sold in Australia?

  • @Karl0010 Yes, we ship to Australia.

  • Would like to buy onw of this machines

  • Sorry 1 1/2" OD

  • @Hardan1001 The bender, degree ring, and handle is $395. A pedestal is $135. The 1-1/2" x 4.5" CLR 180º die is $265.

  • Ok, I can increase the radius to 4.5" but the stainless steel pipe will be 1 1/12" OD with 1/8" wall thickness and if you mean polished ! my pipe is not polished.

If the tool will help in my fabrication then kindly inform me about the price for my requirement.

  • Hi, is it useful to bend stainless steel pipe 1 1/2" with 1/8" wall thickness and radius 3 1/2" ?

  • @Hardan1001 Unfortunately the smallest radius available for 1-1/2" OD material is 4.5". The stainless material would be no problem. For bending poished stainless I'd reccomend delrin inserts for the follow bar.

  • What spec tube is he bending in this vid. Looks like 1 1/2 OD, but what is the wall thickness.

  • @Rbeckett1 The material is 1-1/2" x .083"

  • can somebody tell me the cost of this pipe bender?

  • @avoserisk $395 for the bender only. As you see it equipped with the pedestal, magnetic base pointer, and 1-1/2" x 5.5" CLR die: $809.95

  • @TrickTools Thank you very much @TrickTools

  • What does it cost to send this equipment to Brazil?

  • I can bend pipe 2 inches thick 1 / 8 inch?

  • Yes, 2" OD material with 1/8" wall is possible manually

  • I have one. Works great but. I don't like the magnetic degree pointer. I welded pointers to each die. No support for the follow bar to align them with the die. I use cut pieces of tube. Had to do some shimming to get it to return all the way without having to lift the arm every time . Trick tools is a great place to buy tools. Customer support is to notch. Very important to me.

  • That looks like a bad ass bender. Hmm it is tax refund time....

  • looked more like 183 degree bend otherwise bravo
