  • @cedarfallslifting Yeah, unfortunately in a competition it would be red-lighted. Nice deadlift all the same.

  • @jecnunez yeah i know i have a really bad hitch, and i probably will never compete in a meet anyway. I have been doing rack pulls to try to fix the hitch and get stronger in that portion of the lift. check out my other videos!

  • @cedarfallslifting Cool, checking out some of those. Rack pulls will definitely help. Back extensions as well.

  • @jecnunez thanks for the advice! been doing box squats heavy as well, hyper extensions. my posterior chain is very weak, im all quads.

  • @cedarfallslifting Have you looked at squatting low bar? That'll fix up your posterior chain weakness!

  • @jecnunez that's why I'm doing the box squats now, i still do high bar though, im just using this as assistance to my olympic lifting. My posterior chain weaknesses are very apparent because i cant throw my hips through it, but since i started this new stuff its helped a ton.
