the first time i did this (on casual), i took cover behind the truck and I left the room for a while and i forgot to pause, wen i got back all the guys were dead (enemys). i was like...' that was easy...'

The first chapther in act 5 is "Impasse". The developers didn't have enough time to add some of the chapters too the 360 version, but on pc, it's all there. :D
