Hello. I have a question. How well does his perform with cold wet doughs? Currently when we make buns, the dough that we use is rather wet so we usually cool it to the point where the dough becomes cold and thus easier to handle. Then we portion by hand usually using oil instead of flour in our bench/table to prevent sticking. I'm wondering how well this divider will do with wet doughs such as what we make.
