@BT667 srry just didnt say it right. i know they still do but less n less brands r not making them as much now. but one thing u have to admit is the 2 stroke will beat 4 strokes on corners, take off n shit like that but 4 strokes will beat them on straights. personaly i like 4 stroke (iv been riding for 2 years) but later on i prob try out the 2 stroke. btw im not here to fight or bitch im just saying my opinion

the bike has had minimal changes since 2006 when there was still competion in the 250 2 stroke class in 2005 they made the alumimum frame hopefully something will come along to compete with it so the 2 strokes get better. But if not i would still choose a 2 storke over a 4 stroke.

If you read the AMA news letters and feed back pages, the only reason 2 strokes did not come back for the 2010 SX and not going to come back for the 2010 MX is because the four big OEMS do not want their own 250 2 strokes competing against their own 450 4 strokes. Why? Because they say their 250 2s are quicker than their 450 4s.

The OEMS said it, I am just repeating it.

do some research before u post. 2010 yz 250 and 125 are out at ur local dealers. yamaha has no intention on ending the 2 stroke generation. yamaha has been the #1 leader in two stroke motors since the 80's.

i think this is 2010 the factory said that yamaha made no changes for 125 and 250 2strokes to 2010 so its pretty much same bike on 2009 and 2010 =)
