Good idea about the cauliflower, but this woman is relentlessly annoying. Cute and fun? Not really. And how are you going to pass yourself off as an Indian food expert and not know how to pronounce "amchur" powder? Are you Indian or not? Decide.
AARTI YOu are annoying..!!! You are too pretty and sexy to be cooking.. Cant really pay attention to what you are cooking cant stop looking at your face..!! LOL... I see you had a show before food network.. LOL.. I am so late..
Very enthusiastic cook...but she doesn't mention the temperature that the florets needs to be put on. Noticed a similar thing in one of the other videos...perhaps a little less talk and more focus.

She is really cool. But can someone tell me why in certain episodes when you see the doors in her house there are punched holes in them.....does someone have an anger issue? yikes... = (

she is so cool and fun?... ya, if by that u mean that u enjoy an ugly fat bitch with an annoying ass accent scarfing food down her throat, like she even needs it.. farty arti.
Aarti, Amchur powder is not made from Mango, Its tangy like a green mango, but its not Mango, Amchur are semi dried patels of this fruit called kokam, its round in shape, maroon in color and typically found in the coastal areas of Maharashtra. It is very good for health ! This receipe is awesome, i hate cauliflower, but looking at this feels like trying. Good job !
Got a food processor, read up on low carb recipes and found one for "rice" cauliflower. You can make a pilaf with it and it's like fried rice. love it.
there is something about this particular episode that REALLY gels! nice work! i like when the music played as you were cooking. and yes your hair looks gReat!
Fantastic Aarth. This one was real surprise!! I have never heard of cauliflower steaks until I saw them on Aartiparti! Imagine!! I am going to make it this weekend but will have to adapt it a bit due to the constrains of our kitchen.
bravo! can't wait to make this although the thought of slicing those perfect spirals in a romanesco makes me feel a little sad. when i buy them i usually just leave them around so i can marvel at natures perfection. not this time!! x

How does it feel knowing that you're the cancer killing food network?

Absolutely love cauliflower. Since you mentioned that you don't know anyone who loves it. I could eat it all the time. Especially Romanesco.
But plain white is good too.
