  • Love this! And loved you on "The Next Food Network Star". You were always my favourite :)

  • Good idea about the cauliflower, but this woman is relentlessly annoying. Cute and fun? Not really. And how are you going to pass yourself off as an Indian food expert and not know how to pronounce "amchur" powder? Are you Indian or not? Decide.

  • I love your show, i will try it thanks

  • AARTI YOu are annoying..!!! You are too pretty and sexy to be cooking.. Cant really pay attention to what you are cooking cant stop looking at your face..!! LOL... I see you had a show before food network.. LOL.. I am so late..

  • Very enthusiastic cook...but she doesn't mention the temperature that the florets needs to be put on. Noticed a similar thing in one of the other videos...perhaps a little less talk and more focus.

  • Very nice recipe I believe I will enjoy making this for my Fiancée or mom when she comes down for a visit, thank you.

  • Hey Aarti, Congrats for winning on The Next Food Network Star! You're so awesome and I LOVE your Indian recipes!!!!!

  • thats a romanesco!!!!not a cauliflower

  • I love raw cauliflower! I love raw veggies in general. This sounds like the best thing ever for me.

  • How does it feel knowing that you're the cancer killing food network?

  • Absolutely love cauliflower. Since you mentioned that you don't know anyone who loves it. I could eat it all the time. Especially Romanesco.

But plain white is good too.

  • @nirmal3101 - amchoor is green mango powder. Look it up!

  • She is really cool. But can someone tell me why in certain episodes when you see the doors in her house there are punched holes in them.....does someone have an anger issue? yikes... = (

  • you have such amazing recipes, and you inspire me to try new things! thank you aarti!

  • how much yogurt did you use? im about to make the yogurt dipping stuff and im going to eyeball it i guess...

  • I am SO glad you got your show on Food Network!

  • Aarti, Amchur powder is not made from Mango, Its tangy like a green mango, but its not Mango, Amchur are semi dried patels of this fruit called kokam, its round in shape, maroon in color and typically found in the coastal areas of Maharashtra. It is very good for health ! This receipe is awesome, i hate cauliflower, but looking at this feels like trying. Good job !

  • This dish looks absolutely delish!!! Would there be a good sub for the mango powder?

  • I like those 2 firm and beutiful cauliflowers wrapped in a sweater. They look so juicy and succulent.

  • love it

gotta try that soon, please do some more vegetarian dishes for us aarti :)

  • Fun video! I love white cauliflower brushed with fresh garlic pesto with lots of fresh Parmesan cheese on top and roasted in a 375 degree oven. YUM!
