Well I have seen many first hand cases of police corruption and brutality but this I honestly believe that cop did not commit any crimes and did not harm you he asked you questions but did not detain you nor did he force you to answer them. I think you suffer from some serious misunderstanding of reality. First of all police do not have to have probable cause to talk to anyone, I believe in preaching the word and the freedom of speech but you should know what the law states before you argue about it, and how can a man of god judge someone and say that your going to bust hell right open, if he knew the bible well he would know that he does not have the right to judge who will "BUST hell wide open".

The 1st amendment pitch was good, but when you got to the "I can talk to whoever I want" bit, the next question you should have posed was "are you detaining me or am I free to go?" At that point, it becomes a 4th, 5th and 14th amendment discussion. In addition, in order to detain you, the office must be able to cite "reasonable suspicion that you were, are or was about to commit a crime beyond a simple "hunch." Reasonable suspicion gives the officer a chance to establish probable cause.
