Is Dave really from Dakota? I'm from South Dakota myself, and I haven't heard anyone play ragtime guitar like this from either of the Dakotas!

@markmowry i'm sure all the great skills were mpls, minnesota made :-) ... actually- legend has it, dave was originally from fargo, where there was "nuttin' between himself and the north pole, but a barbed-wire fence."
