Triple h would be a mid carder at best if he wasn't married to a McMahon.what he did was very clever.first he befriended HBK who was the top guy back in the late 90's so he always got TV time.then that catapulted him into an angle with Stephanie.eventually things got serious and a couple of months later,he won his first WWF title.years later he married Stephanie and now when Vince steps down.him and Steph will run the whole show.

Triple H wasn't really accepted as a major player until he returned in 2002 and won the rumble. there were plenty of wrestlers past and present who are more talented then Triple H is but because he got with Stephanie, he was always involved in major story lines and got what he wanted backstage. I never said the guy didn't bust his ass. others have busted the asses and they never got the same opportunity.

RKo wasnt ready at the time so they give it back to Triple H. Then look he lost to Batista in 05. Didnt get the title until LATE 07.

Jericho didn't become a superstar until he came back in 2007.

Edge became a superstar when he cashed in his M.I.T.B briefcase against Cena. Triple did help Benoit in WM 20. Randy Orton didn't become a true star until he punted McMahon in the head. he did help Batista but they were friends. I give him his due, i'm not disputing that, but he wouldn't be a top guy without Steph.
