It's the only excuse u guys can make if some car comes which can smoke the ZR1. ZR1 in EU costs almost 200k euros. For this amount of cash u can built urself a car that will smoke ZR1 for breakfast. Like for example BMW 134 Judd which can accelerate 100-200km/h on 8% slope in around 5 secs or even less.

Even so, the ZR1 is so cheap only because it's made out of cheap materials. If ZR1 was made based on EU supercars masterpiecing it would easily cost double the money.

@med1491 Actually don't forget about good ol friend of the drag racers torque. power to weight is important but in short drag situations torque is a big factor. and to prove my point i will point you to clarkson and his zonda vs. xj220 drag race where all the numbers point in the direction of the zonda but it gets beasted by the older heavier less powerful xj220. i still agree that porsche should have owned but if the challenger was puttin out 600 lb/ft and with the right gearing....who knows?

Yes I remembered that episode, but the Jag also once held the fastest production car bragging rights, I knew it was going to win.

This Challenger got absolutley murdered by an Evotech Cl65, they only gave the Merc 100hp more but the guy that tuned this Callenger put in nearly 150HP more than stock.

Porsche always has been known for their gearing whether its a PDK or a manual, this was most likely just a Carrera with a body kit. Even a 911 Turbo would have been closer.
