Thats why Baltimore was the focus. But Philly, New York City, Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, New Orleans, houston, etc. every city has this problem happening in their city in the hood. It's just not a Baltimore thing. You find this in every city thats why so many people can relate to the show.
