In theory Iron Fist is a great character, but he doesn't really have an answer for characters that spend a lot of time in the air. Shitty launcher and he can be zoned out pretty easily. That's why he's considered by many to be low tier.

@Uverworldfanz i've never heard of iron fist being low tier, it's just that people simply don't like him. His launcher pretty much sucks so that's one reason. Another one (and i believe this is the main reason) is that his gameplay requires you to always be inputting commands, and it's easy to make mistakes because of this, cuz a combo can completely change if you input a quarter circle back instead of a quarter circle forward within the rekka series.

Now THAT'S a character I gotta play to get better at one character, even if I can't do much combos, but come with my own kind of style or the extremely advanced arts of combos and practicing my favorite character one at a time and start training with with them at least for 2 or three hours to get better and better! Do you fellas practice your fighting character, and for how long exactly?

@leopizza23 I spend about an hour in Training Mode just drilling out combos before going online. MvC3 basically boils down to burning your combos into muscle memory, so when you tag your opponent, you can turn one hit into a kill string.

He cant do anything unless he is up close and if you cant wave dash getting in is really difficult , his advanced combos require perfect timing so they are easy to drop and he doesnt have any teleports or overheads so its hard to do mix ups. But in the hands of a good player like Justin wong he looks god like. Remember its all about the skill of the player. Im pretty sure Justin could pick up Arthur and be godlike with him to lol.

@SnakeStormTV In ultimate, unfortunately, FC just gets wrecked when using Phoenix. She's more or less garbage tier now, because meter is so much harder to build, and you can't just stay in the air with her and throw fireballs to at least try and keep safe. Funny part is that Wesker fills the same role as Phoenix did in vanilla, but does better everywhere (and I mean everywhere) else.
