It's hard to say this, but Sara's my favourite character of the movie. Mrs Ellen Burstyn did an excellet job performing her personality and breathtaking downfall with those amphetamines. In the beginning she just wanted to wear the red dress.. now she's alone, in a mental hospital with lack of considearation!

It is a well made and well acted movie but there is no point really, it only advertises drugs and psychiatry. And repeatedly proven that neither helps people to get out of depression or whatever they have. Drugs will put you in a trip and repeated usage can turn you into a loon. But psych meds can do that also after one, two or twenty uses. People committed suicide while under psycho meds (adults and children) The drugs cause brain damage and should be outlawed.

@politics105 Exactly! And that is why the film is not advertising but telling people how horrible it could be and how late it becomes after you're in it. Well obviously it hasn't worked with you, but for people who haven't got a clear view and knowledge as you, it could be thought-provoking.

Well at least in my case it was not only touching but disgusting to watch and made me think about it! :)
