@okto1234 nope, full grown they get about 3.5 feet, so realistic you should have no smaller then 6 feet long,3 feet wide(i would go wider personaly) and atleast 2 feet deep, so that is about 270 gal tank, so a quite large tank is needed and of course needs propor heating and Ph levels, salt water tanks are not for first timers. shortly i am going to be hatching a baby banded cat shark and getting a baby ray for my rank ima get built for it,

@sammy222ize depends on location of were you live im guessing, but quality marine sells them, and also depends if you would like to hatch your own or get it as a baby, i live in canada and a baby is about 150$ and a egg is about 60$

100 gallons is way too small for a cat shark. The bare minimum would be a 150, but most people say 180. consider something smaller, such as a zebra shark.
