lol, I bet you down own an iPhone and have never been in the App store. The App store is massive and the quality of the apps is incredible. Sure, there's some crap in there, but you have to expect that with over 100,000 apps to choose from.

i had an iphone and traded it for the better storm. new updates will be out soon to fix any bugs. it has bluetooth, longer battery life, removeable replacement battery, can get a 16G memory card giving it 17G memory total, better resolution screen, works faster, better speaker quality, works around the globe, video camera, 3.2 MP pictures, flash, faster 3G verison network, app store in the making, copy/paste, picture messaging, i heard it will have wifi soon, the list goes on. sry apple :(

It doesn't use wifi it uses Verizon's 3G service which is faster.

i've got this phone & i love it to bits!

first blackberry i've ever had as they always seemed a bit to much business like and everyone who i knew who had a blackberry always had a second phone but i think this has the capability of business and social.

the video camera on it is absolutely amazing! stays in sync the whole time, browses internet well, like being able to manage email & text's in one big menu rather than sent, outbox, drafts, inbox..etc all being in separate folders. deserves 10/10!

This is a cool phone, can't wait until the unlock/gsm version comes out for USA. One thing the the Storm have over the Iphone is the batter life. And BTW bbhebe Lewis Hamilton is a F1 racer. He said performance sit not porn.

That phone looks like the 1990's version of the iPhone... like the first ever prototype of an iPhone that was made in Steve Job's garage. This appeals to people who havent used an iPhone yet I guess. The only reason I am considering it is the AT&T network is a joke and I am sick of the dropped calls on my iPhone 3G. I switch from Verizon for the 'cool' iPhone... and now get dropped calls 80% of the time. I love the phone, but the network sucks and I am ready to go back to VZW.

He's just lovely! As for the phone, I've been with T-Mobile for some years now, but I plan on jumpin' ship for Verizon when this baby comes out. That's IF it's reasonably priced and if the user reviews ain't too bad. This phone seems to lag a bit, but with it's other features, I can tolerate a l'il lag. I can't wait to try it out as soon as it's finally available to the public. If this phone is just smoke n' no fire, I'll get a Dare.

here's one thing i dont understand... why is there lag in the phone? u flick and it takes a while to perform that action and it isn't smooth either. The iPhone seems to do it very smoothly. Why is that? I havnt seen another touch screen phone that has smooth transitions and effects like the iPhone. Is it the software or the hardware? And, why can't anyone else make it as smooth as the iPhone? What about multi-touch? Why is it so hard?

Okay that for one thing no first phone is perfect there r always bugs/defects. The iphone had bugs too....and with this new model they can continue to update it and improve usability like the iphone did. so dnt judge and stop referring to the iphone there r pleanty of other touch screen phones

ok. firstly, im no fanboy or someone who is just partial to apple. im a serious techie. i own an HTC Touch Dual and, i agree and disagree to you. while there were probs with the iphone when it launched, the interface was still very smooth (at least compared to the others). even my htc is a touch screen with gestures and flick scrolling. it isn't as smooth. i wanted to know if apple was using some other screen tech or if their software is just more optimized for touch screens.

the iphone has multiple processors onboard, so i suppose its got the power to shift the graphics around...besides which, the storm hasnt been released yet, so there may be some more smoothing yet.
