I think it is. Look at the study I posted below, its very damaging and there is no garuntee it will be beneficial, just a small chance of benefit vs an absolute reduction in sensation and some risk too, 200 boys die each year from this in the States alone in good hospitals.

What amazes me is the futzing around the ' professionals " go through to put this kid out. Ten minutes to do what amounts to a simple IV Anaesthesia Induction has to be some kind of record. In my OR if it takes more than three minutes there's something very wrong!

there are soo many mistakes that the doctors are doing they are not gloved, no masks, no ppe(personal protective equipment) the gown the gloves and the mask touching the equipment without gloves a big no no.
