They do it 3x a day all over the island. Every few feet there are offerings. Millions of them daily.

@bahthoanh They are offered in symbolic places whre spirtual forces are said to riside in. The amount of offerings will depends upon you social, economic and, of course caste. More higher you are more offerings. They are made in a way to send back in gratitude to Hyang Widi Wasa (the supreme force/god) what was already been given. Keeping the balance of giving and receiving. Also they appease negative forces, in so keeping they in their places, far from us!
