  • Hi Mick,,,hope you are doing well my friend, my busy schedule will wind down soon and I'm looking forward to my oil painting again and I certainly will be looking for your latest DVD's.

Question Mick,,I have 14 works completed all done wet on wet, I estimate they have been drying for 8-9 months I want to varnish them but that is something I have never done before. I trust any advice you could give me,,,thanks my friend.

  • @jeanmunn hi dave,it normally takes 1 to 1 and a half years for them to dry before using oil paint varnish, but untill then i recomend you use a regular satin spray varnish and apply liberallly youll notice the colours will look much more vibrant and it will protect them until u varnish with oil varnish

take good care dave and welcome back

    all the best
