Congrats on wk1 day1 C25k....!!! I am on week 4 and I try to use my off days for a different cardio workout and some weight training....My suggestion is to try and add some weights....Muscle burns more fat and as women we have to watch out for bone loss as well...good luck on your continued journey... :))
