Good video, except for the level of the background music (too high). For your next video, duck (reduce) the music, maybe 10 dB, while talking, to make it easier to hear and understand the message. This especially helps older customers with a hearing deficiency.

I've had buttons from three different Indochino suits fall off. I guess whatever method they're talking about in the video is a new one because it certainly wasn't the case when I bought mine. :-/

@TheSaiZone well the buisnesss plan that the guys at indochino have is the internet store, where you can make your custom suits. There isnt actually any profit of making a store, because the idea of the buisness is that you can have a store on the net from all over the world. But sure if there is plans for opening Indochino store im hoping for the bst for these guys. Good job!
