  • @YourPunisherOfLife Try coking your chicken a little less. Cook your chicken breast until its barely done. Its easier if you use a meat thermometer, if not just cook it 5-7 minutes less than you usually cook it take it out of the stove if you are baking it and cover with parchment paper or tin foil let the residual heat finish it. Chicken breast should be just slight pink, just a little,pale, rosy in center not bloody but very moist!

  • @Bodybuddha - Most definitely! Average food bill is about $1k per month....My gf and I go thru at least 80lbs of chicken every 2 weeks. So it gets expensive...

  • @alexalex736 - Alex - Not exactly sure how you want me to respond to that. Get a job! Besides you dont necessarily need to eat exactly as I do, so your food bill will not be quite as high.

  • @YourPunisherOfLife hi man, i had the same problem.. what you do is put the chicken in a container cover the container with clean film store in fridge, and i will last a long time

  • @YourPunisherOfLife - What I do is pour the juice from the pan into the container with the chicken. This helps keep the chicken moist. :)

  • @ATTICUSFINCH51 - Roughly 450g Protein, 100-150g Carbs, 100g Fat. Calories are around 3000-3500/day.

  • Hey do you cook for the week or you just cook for a day or your wife cook for you 24/7?? I am trying to find a way to cook for the week, coz im getting fed up cooking 3 meals a day which was very frustrating. thanks

  • @yanisa852 - I normally cook about 2-3 days worth of food each time. That way Im not having to cook every day. And yes, it's all done by me....no wife to do it for me...lol

  • I just started using 'natural peanut butter'. I must say, that I was in for quite the shock when I opened it up. It had the appearance of something I might, shall we say 'deposit' in my toilet, after a bad stomach flu. However, it still tastes great in a post workout smoothie. Anyway, keep up the good work, mate.

I know bodybuilders and those drug addict BB pros like you that eat high amounts of meat and starches but leave out the vegetables and fruits. Because what? You think they're a girly food huh? And instead you depend on supplements, synthetic fat burners, and steroids to burn out the fat and maintain your muscle. I'm not personally targeting you but I just don't believe in B.S nutrition or just B.S. in general!

  • @RussX5Z - I do eat plenty of veggies like green beans and broccoli. Veggies are included in every meal. Bodybuilders do not eat fruits when dieting because of the sugar content, not because its 'girly'..lol. When we are in the off season, we can eat plenty of fruits and other such items. But the video is from my contest prep which my food intake is very limited.

The bottom line is that this video was documenting my contest prep as mentioned in the title. No where did I say follow my program in order to be healthy. To boldly state that I dont eat healthy simply because I dont eat fruit is pretty lame.

  • @Fitange - No, I believe Palumbo does the Keton diet. There is no way I could do the no carb deal...lol. I dont eat a lot of carbs, but I definitely keep them in my diet.

  • @zippyman818 Kitchen makeover time. The dude needs more counters, shelves and cabinets for sure. Lucite shelves on drop-in-place metal frames right in front of that window. And add something to that blank space to the left of the stove. Consolidate that big Tupperware collection.

  • @zippyman818 - LOL, yeah its an old kitchen. But it's an apartment and dont plan to stay much longer. So no need to do any upgrades.
