Natalia too me dances more fast and strong unlike the style Svetlana dances is long, slow controlled and graceful. I prefer both in different ways though.:)
um she hardly points her feet here... at 0:36 she doesn't even get over the bloch! this surprises me because usually she has exceptional feet. Though Sveta's artsitry here is gorgeous, Sylvie Guillem is the ultimate Kitri.

I repeat: look at Zakharova in Giselle 3. You cannot say that face is the same as in Kitri. In the meantime I'll join you at the Bolshoi and Marinsky and maybe buy you champagne in the interval. Love Gaston

I prefer Natalia Osipova or Diana Vishneva as Kitri, they become Kitri, not just act...
(I adore Zakharova, but her kitri makes me feel nothing)

I'm not sure but it seems to me this is the choreography russians do. I actually like it more. But it's usually faster.
