i have this tv and a samsung 46 inch tv....i remember getting this tv it was the first television i ever owned. it was ok it had hdmi and had a decent picture...the only problem was the picture it showed up good but the screen always looked a little darker than what it should have been. as it turns out glass is not what the screen is made of. the reason the picture always seemed dull was because the damn thing was made out of some sort of plastic instead of glass and it made the screen seem dark

@mccurchin14 No, wiiman is right. I have this same tv (32" Sanyo DP32649). It does 1080p. I hooked up my ps3 and set it to 1080p (just messin around) and it actually does output full 1080p. I was really shocked because it said it only does 720p and 1080i, but I swear on my life it does 1080p too. I LOOOVE this tv!! Hahaha and I love the built in TV Guide thing too. It's like having a cable box within the tv.

No, it probably doesn't.

Your PS3 might be outputting 1080p to the TV, but the TV is downscaling it to 1080i. Trust me, if the TV could output 1080p, the manufacturer would let you know.

I live in the New York City and i dont see any Sanyos here i think they only sell them in Europe. Are they as good as Samsungs or Sonys.
