  • @TheSoccerEssentials do push ups on your fists not palms , you can get carpel tunnel syndrome from doing it on your palms

  • @TheRyanQ - Haha I dont know about that. Carpel tunnel usually comes form using your finger joints too much (like typing, texting, or writing). Push ups on your fists are great though... to develop strong wrists.
