@CoolChaChaD Actually this ride is better!!! Firstly, there are elevators in the ride so you will feel the lifting and dropping. Secondly The 3D screens used are very high tech, for a few screens, they used up to 8 projectors to project the scene. Thirdly, aside from the water spray, wind effects and the heat vent, u can actually feel the vibrations of the autobot and the decepticons, u could also feel megatrons breath. So it's a pretty impressive ride.But spiderman is also good...

@ViewtifulRain this is prob the replacement bc harry potter is part of UIOA and will make the USO way too small after and lose the numbers it gets as it is of people visting. Plus if they combined the 2 parks inside for some reason if it was harry potter, it would be one pricing point for both parks, and makes the company less money.

@xxxBITCHYme i don't think it's an actual roller coaster mate, i can clearly see the 3D screen, The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman in Universal Studios Islands of Adventure in Orlando is practically the same as this one, i can see the flames and stuff are real and i can the 360 degrees turn, but i doubt a roller coaster would have 3D screens, don't correct me if i'm wrong, the ride looks awesome though :)

You know what'd be a interesting experiment idea. Put the glasses over the camera lense and see if we can see it in 3-D.

@TheShadowedOne1 You gotta put one eye lens of the glasses over the camera, and this stops the image being 'double vision' because the glasses block out one side of the polarisation, so at least you get a clearer 2d image.

But there's no way to get a normal camera to record in 3d, because it doesn't have two eyes like a human.

@Mdmbham How so? It would be very impossible without starting again, and the layout is different.

-Transf. uses more of the curved screens, so the track leading in and out of those scenes takes that into account.

-This ride takes place across two floors and spidey is all at ground level. You really have to be looking, but the split happens just before "Autobots, roll out!", and there are two elevator shafts, mirror image. The lowering down happens at the drop. Spidey wont fit this.

Impressive. I see this replacing Spiderman once Disney decides it's time to pull the Marvel francise from Universal. It wouldn't be to difficult to re-theme the entire Island to a sci-fi or full Transformers theme.

The ride's rather impressive, really like how megaton's body was in the end of the ride. Even though the movies are bad, the ride the only good thing about transformers. High recommend this ride
