And Vinnie has always had the best snare sounds....check out some live damageplan, his snare blows the roof off. Theres no "extra" snare here or whatever, Dime and Vinnie together are very tricky and play off one another, and sometimes will fool you into thinking there are notes there that are not

There's no extra snare, and the trible-trible bass drum was already there, but they are playing the song at a faster tempo through the bridge and pre chorus and I say that happens when your too drunk. I just compared it to all the other live video and the album for like an hour.  Check it out for yourselves.

@MMZen Def leppard's drummer sounded awesome with one arm dude... see Vinnie can play faster than this, but this sounds better than death metal bands, it has more rythm and the pattern is more complex than it seems.His style of play just goes to show that you can be heavier by sacrificing speed for a more powerful sound.I say this as a dude who abandonned death metal to join the awesome church of Pantera, the only one I'll ever listen to:P so to reply, yes they drum faster, but not better.Cheers

It's just the camera was picking up loads of reflections from all around the venue.  If the sound guys didn't have the speaker arrays at the back delayed accordingly it'd add to the problem too,

Thanks for the post! Man, I was there! Living in Shropshire at the time and took a bus to Milton Keynes Bowl. Pantera were stellar, but the crowd just didn't seem into it. Soulfly debuted that day. Slayer fucking killed (as usual). Korn and Limp Bizkit pulled out the day before and bummed out like 10,000 little fuckers in Korn apparel. Foo Fighters got pelted to shit with mud and garbage and cut their set short. And Sabbath ruled the day. Damn! What an event!
