Another option is to remove the ports 80 as alternatives from the advanced settings in the preferences in skype.

This bug is caused by SKYPE.

You need to stop apache server, shut down skype, restart apache and then restart skype.

This way apache won't crash ;-)

The reason is that they are both using port 80
