Car sick for sure, just dont believe the 1000hp how it road from this video :/ could be wrong though. Plus a 1000hp daily would not be a smooth clutch engagement or easy drive ya know? just driving around a 500 hp SBC or ford requires some skill to keep it smooth.

When I said crackled I meant the sound of valves starting to float or an ignition crap out but if you listen to one of the high RPM runs you will hear the krak krak krak noise that an engine which may have some great components in it but are short on personell who know what to do with it. I spect out my own engine as an ex mechanic to a local race shop and for 6K have a vette that will not stay on the road and I too have all the suspenders and brakes + anything else you can think of + Stereo!!!!

You said it had 350 plus the turbos. Its common knowledge that at best a turbo gives a 75-100 hp increase. So, here you have a 350 HP vette very nice i might add but, here's my thing about this car. Giving each turbo the better of the estimated 75-100 you get this combo and being a hypo vette owner myself I come up with this. 350+100x2=550. YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFULL OF WHOM AND HOW AND AGAIN WHO, DOES YOUR PLANNING AN D PERFORMANCE MATH BEFORE YOU THROW MONEY AWAY. PS that engine crackled at 57k

@vettster2007 your right on that, but some 350 from before 86 block came standard with 370hp. Stock iron heads and all. So he could have easily built a 400 MAYBE 500 hp 350 and then added the turbos. So with a GOOD tune maybe 700 hp. Your right again about guys who know how to use the parts they buy. They buy the best but they dont know how to dial it all in. totaly agree with you tho.

Personaly I would not drive it at that high of speed unless I was on a closed course and full rollcage. to have that much hp on the street is a blast. 0-75 is a blast and it doe's not cost that much more money to build 500hp twin turbo vs 1000hp twin turbo. and the drivability of a turbo motor is great and so is gas mileage. oh and just to be different also.

@Born2doU if the car was built before 1975 its legal. but there is still sound ordinance laws to consider. after 1975 it became mandatory to have a catalytic converter and a tail pipe with some type of baffling. ( which would mean muffler. ) but even a simple resonator or Cherry bomb glass pack would still fall under those guidelines. and in the late 80's there was a law passes that says your tailpipe must be behind the passenger compartment. and it was made retro active.
