Yes they did . This was the tune my wife and I walk down the aisle to after we were married in 1973, and by the way I am not a football fan. It was just an excellent tune You`ll never walk alone!
It is a great tune, I had to play it on the organ last year while a newly wed bride and groom signed the marriage register!Although I am not from Liverpool, I still think it is a great song and tune for definite!

I saw Classical spectacular in Liverpool Echo arena in 2008 excellent. Lets hope the country can be great again with the current problems.
