i have an idea for making this portable.

like, a wrist band that has a motor connected to a cog, which turns a cog with teeth on the inside (all the cogs are made of clear plastic.

the LEDs are on the outside cog (outside of outside cog does not have teeth) and they spin at high speed within a clear plastic band-shaped container.
