  • Right on 777cthulhi777. I notice that happens a lot on long, multi-part, cerebral and politically important videos.

Too many people have just never LEARNED to have an interest. It's sad.

  • I find it saddening that this 5-part series started out with nearly 4 times the number of views as when it concluded. The views steadily declined as the parts of the series progressed suggesting that even people who started out being interested, lost their interest as it progressed. Clearly it's not Naomi so one would think it was the material. If we can't keep the focus of casually interested, what can we hope to change.

  • that happens with every single piece of material on youtube that are in multiple parts. It's kind of unfair to single out this series.

  • You're absolutely right, it does happen with almost every series. It wasn't my intent to suggest this series stood alone with that. What I meant to point out was it would seem people who began viewing this series did so with at least a moderate interest in the information Naomi presents and yet lost this same interest in less than an hour's time. If even the majority of this type of audience fades, how can we expect pressure for change to build beyond a newspaper's single headline?

  • Well, Youtube exposure isn't the totality of organizational and educational efforts. I think it's useful to remind ourselves of that once a while. The internet is a tool for organizing, not a substitute. Same with other forms of media.
