DD: not to be a prick, but if you were looking at the lock cylinder, Schlage is pronounced "sh lĀg" (I think that's the long A sound symbol). Did it by chance say "Primus" or "Everest" and/or have a "twin peaks" logo? (two triangles)

I guess the lock is only to open the door when it's at that floor?
