9:47 Oh, he's pretty hard if you don't know just what to do. (For instance, try setting a Power Bomb in that fight some time and see what happens.) And even if you do know what to do, notice how it's considerably harder to push him that last little bit. Of course, being only a mini-boss, it makes sense that he's easier than the full bosses.
