You DO realize you can take the WHOLE wand assembly off and use JUST the hose with the brush, right?

Also, there are ways to decrease the suction, like for example not putting the brush in all the way on the hose.

Try it, it will work MUCH better, and you won't have half your cat being sucked into the vacuum cleaner, haha.
