  • Hi, my name is Mike and I live in the states Pa. Thanks for posting on Youtube. I not only want to lose wieght, but also want to get in shape. Have a leaner stomach and tighter glutes and a more defind chest. I was searching youtube for workouts and excersizes and I feel that yours are not too hard to and quiet easy but at the same time do the job. I hope to get the results I not only want be need. Again thank you for posting and I will definatly keep you up with my progress. Thanks again Mke

  • @StopTheRobbery2 neither, these are just activation exercises. after doing these, you should do squats or deadlifts to build the muscles.

  • @619temple Initially you can do them every day if you like. After a couple weeks just incorporate them into your warmups before you work out.
