Hate to be critical, but you should have the top cap on the airlock when fermenting. Everytime the bobber windows reached the water line outside contaminated air was aloud to come in. The bobber windows should always be under the water line when it is touching the top cover. This also can happen if there is not enough water in the airlock.
seriously dood, why make a "how to" video when you don not know "how to"???? I mean, i'm not doing a youtube instructional video on rocket science just because I like watching the space shuttle take off.....you are going people terrible info who are looking for proper instruction.
Excellent! Filming on the fermentacion. My only serious contribution, NOT activate yeast with a lot of water because the rebates Mosto, if you need a little more liquid to completely remove the yeast could add a bit of must.
