@chisaoboy I used tap water because it is simplest. As long as your tap water is good quality, why use something else? If your tap water is bad, use bottled water.
As for the tea kettle... do you mean the gaiwan (white cup with a lid?) or the silver thing that you put on the stove? The actual kettle is just a kettle. I use a stainless steel on from target here, but it's not that critical really.
Hey thanks. Today I was looking at teas at the mall in one of those stores that have the leaves. I thought I can not do this unless it is a tea bag! Thanks to you I can now buy the tea and do this!
