No, it only really hurts getting tattoo'd in sensitive areas (Wrists, Back of the knee, genetalia...). And they don't hurt for long AFTER you get them...haha
@IsMyNameCoolEnough Not always true, it also depends on the persons pain tolerance. My first tattoo was done on my wrist, and I hardley felt it, but i have a very high pain tolerance.
