Lilias Folan "Healing"

I love Lilias! She teaches right here in Cincinnati, Ohio and I have taken many classes from her over the years. Good to see her on youtube. I started taking her classes on PBS in the 1970s, when she had that big black braid! Seems so long ago...

Lilias Folan is an amazing teacher. I'm so grateful to have learned so much from her, from the 70's when I was a child until today. I agree with yogafan6500, we love you, Lilias! Namaste!

Long before the days of Denise Austin, Sharon Mann, Sara Ivanhoe, Patricia Walden, Suzanne Deason,& Michelle LeMay. There was Lillias Folan, We first heard about her when she has a weekly series called. Lillias, Yoga & You during the early 70's. and she's still one of the best Yoga Instructors that we admired so very much. We Love you Lillias and thanks for getting us into the fantastic world of Yoga. Namaste.
