@GlitterPops97 I would say it's not quite as big, it's an excuse for a party over here, people maybe make less of an effort. One thing that seems different is in America you can dress up as anything, whereas over here it generally has to be a scary idea. Not always, but for alot of people if it isn't scary, you're just in regular fancy dress. I prefer the American idea though.
