Joseph Moshe was the guy in LA who was arrested.Following that,2 radio show hosts named Dr Bill Deagle and Dr True Ott then set about spawning an entire legend around the arrest of Joseph Moshe.
Either by accident or design,the googling internet at large landed on the profile page of a Professor Moshe Bar-Joseph,who happens to be a virologist...
In short,the entire "Mossad Microbiologist,dual citizen Israeli" angle was a fiction dreamed up by Bill Deagle and Dr True Ott.
