I never said i did not retouch him. And, fyi, the Atlantic hired the same insanely huge and scary law firm that stole the election from Gore in 2004: Gibson, Dunn to send me a letter. Most importantly: I delivered exactly what my client requested: there were 3 rounds of back and forth on the cover art ...and posted the outtakes on my website after I was allowed to, per the (unexecuted) contract. Further i was shooting the job for free, in exchange for the opportunity to own images of McCain.
