David killed Goliath and the odds are much closer here so it is possible that Godzilla could get beaten by any monster including Zilla. If you think Zilla is harmless how about you imagine standing in front of a giant sea iguana with no fear. Toho could bring him back, say he has a great regeneration rate, and he would be just as hard to kill with missiles as Godzilla. You can't deny that either.

Scifi weapons can kill giant monsters, that's what killed the original Godzilla, there's no shame in that. Being killed by regular missiles makes you a pansy by kaiju standards.
