honestly the idea to change tiny was a big mistake. it causes confusion and literally makes no sense, though i know they did it to make the sisters more different. the reason they made tiny look older is because dixie is notorious for her role in dkc2 as diddy's sidekick, and there would have been a SERIOUS backlash if they made her taller and go through puberty. still, it makes no sense and i disagree with rare for the decision

Rare didn't make the decision. At the time of her remake, Rare no longer had the rights to Donkey Kong. The decision was made by Nintendo, and Donkey Kong Barrel Blast was already in development, but the Diddy Kong Racing remake beat it out. Rare used the design Nintendo made.

it's easy folks, Dixie is simply the "runt" of her and Tiny's parent's litter. See Spike Dudley for further information. Yes he's a "fictional" character but then again so are all the Kongs. And he, like Dixie, is older than his younger siblings and waaaay smaller =D

@kittietheangelkat3 I would like to add a little anatomy to this as well...see, Dixie has a tail and Tiny has no tail...we can conclude this by knowing that Dixie is a Monkey and Tiny is an Ape...Apes are naturally bigger than monkeys, so basically this makes Tiny Kong a Gorilla and Dixie Kong maybe a Chimpanzee...so what does this mean? Maybe Tiny Kong's adopted?

@NashTheBlade I had the same Idea too maby there differnt species and we also need to look into the fact that she's older i'd say given the stats she probobly is 16 or 17 years old. my only complant is that besides her face or feet it be pretty hard to tell she's a monkey from a distance next time you see future tiny zomm back abit and think could you really tell she's a monkey ar a very tanned women. mabey adding a tail would straiten that up.

Tiny growing up to be ultimately taller than her older sister wouldn't be an issue. But that's once everything's said and done. But beating her to puberty as well?

A simple variance in growth just would not cause that; Dixie's got at least 6 years on her younger sister.

@Littlun17 Actually its nomal for puberty differences. Such as my sister hit puberty at sixteen and I hit mine at twelve. As long as they aren't identical then it can be different.
