Yeah, it is a thrips.

They suck the sap out of the weed plant.

Is the infected crop fresh and young?

Amblyseius cucumeris can get rid of them.

yeah i think you are right .thrips . i was not sure, i never see them so big(Adults) i,m glad they are not in my crop .

found this bugs in my garden outside and from there it,s not far away to my weed so i have to kill them.

we have alot of info about this on dutch weedforums/sites and growshops.

I believe it's a thrips.

I don't know much about them, but I'm sure you can find some info.
