i dont know what is the problem with these choreographers they seem to think by including two three classical indain dance moves they can make it indian but sorry to whoever u are please take some dance lessons and second of all whats up with the dresses they are horrid. PLEASE IF YOU DONT KNOW DO SOME RESEARCH.

As a Canadian, and a lover of world dance, I have to say I am disappointed by SYTYCD Canada's choreography for different types of world dance. This one is just a couple of Bollywood style moves surrounded by contemporary Western style dance - not very exciting. A little more effort at authenticity would be nice - otherwise its just ho-hum (kind of like the show's presenter.)

I agree with mrduckbears that it's pretty commonplace to use Jai Ho over and over , Indians say this Jai Ho is a shame !

I would love to add that the costumes are far from Indian!

Yes, many of the SYTYCD franchises have used Jai Ho!. The American, Canadian and Australian versions have all used Telephone by Lady Gaga, and Untouched by the Veronicas. It's because they are popular songs.

This is the first use of the song on the Canadian version that I could remember, and if anyone should get a pass for using this song it's the choreographer from the film.

@Nishi12345678901 u guys talk like they've used it 10 times ... i dont remember hearing it that much on the canadian version ... and even on the US one, the only Jai Ho routine i can think of is the Jason and Caitlyn top 20 routine (season 5) ... that's all ... :S
