In my opinion..Indonesia can not apply full democracy..why?..because people of Indonesia often do something as they like and doesnt think other people interest, we had faced situation of multy parties under Soekarno and the result was a mess..and now we apply multy parties and you can see the result, parties're not fighting for the sake of the people but them self.
