@liudux123 you need to download an img editor like alici's 1.5 or img editor 2.0 or even spark.

after you download one of these look for where your game files and look for the folder models.

after that open your img editor (alici's in my opinion is the best) go to file or open and look for your models folder enter it and look for GTA3.img click on it than export or extract the original files for back up and click add or import and choose the mode that you would like to add click save. done

i had the audi r8, it replces the comet but its really slow

to (car you want to replace name eg. infernus).txd

install the mod you want with IMGtool (search google for the donload)

it's less easy than SAMI, but is more secure of errors.

there is probably a readme in it too, so you know how it works.

actually you can, but it's a codec wich has been put very deep in the game's files, and if you would mod it, it would crash the game.
